Litigation that takes place outside Nevada often requires that a subpoena issue in Nevada to allow discovery to be conducted in Nevada. These are referred to as a foreign deposition subpoena. This procedure is governed by NRS 53.170 and local rule 2.80. Our office can act as local counsel for these matters.
